Do I have to order through the website?
No, you can shop from any of your favorite online stores or send your own packages, and simply ship them to our address.
Can I modify the details of my Order Now, Pay Later order after submission?
If you need to update or add information to your order, please contact us via phone or email with the necessary changes before your order is fulfilled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash and EFT from ACB, Community First, and CIBC
When can I expect to receive my order?
If your order arrives at the warehouse by Saturday, you can expect your order to be included in the shipments on the following Tuesday.
How much does this cost?
$20/lb for Non-Electronics
$10/lb for Electronics & Hair + Customs Fees
$15 fee for Order Now, Pay Later services

I don't have a bank account, how can I place an order?
Our Order Now, Pay Later service allows customers to place orders through our platform and pay in cash.
Where are you located?
At the moment, we don’t operate from a physical location. Our storage space, however, is located in Ebenezer. Additionally, for your convenience, we offer free delivery in and around St. John’s.
When is my payment due?
Payment is due upon delivery of your order.
